My Advertiser AI provides AI-powered business automation services including but not limited to: AI Voice Calling Agent, Voice Broadcast, IVR, Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business, RCS messaging, and a white-label / channel partner programme. Feature availability, dial-out volumes, and integrations may evolve over time.

Our services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 years or older. By using the service you confirm that any business details you share are accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of your organisation.

• Subscription pricing (e.g. Rs. 19,999/month for the AI Voice Calling Agent) and per-call broadcast rates are displayed on the website and may change with prior notice on our website or by email.
• All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. GST and applicable taxes are charged extra.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services without further notice.

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. You may cancel future renewals at any time by writing to myadvertiserai@gmail.com. Pre-paid call credits for Voice Broadcast / Bulk SMS / WhatsApp campaigns are non-refundable but remain usable for the validity period mentioned in your invoice.

You agree not to use our platform to:

• Send unsolicited, spam, fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful communications.
• Violate the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR) issued by TRAI, the DND registry, or any applicable data protection law.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with our systems or APIs.

We reserve the right to suspend any account that breaches these obligations and to cooperate with regulators or law-enforcement where required.

Partners enrolled under our channel programme receive a separate partner agreement. The partner agreement governs revenue share, branding rights, and support obligations and takes precedence over these terms where there is a conflict in partner-specific matters.

All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, software, and the AI models powering our services — remains the property of My Advertiser AI or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive for high availability and call delivery rates, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, or specific business results. Telecom carrier outages, regulatory changes, and third-party platform limitations are outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Advertiser AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the platform in a manner that exposes us to legal or reputational risk. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately; provisions relating to payment, IP, liability, and governing law will survive.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the latest version. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
